The Serradifalco summer, curated in concert by the Municipal Administration, aims to enhance the image of Serradifalco “Country of Mines and Traditions” but also of Music and Good Food.
The culmination of the Serradifalco summer is represented by the feast of the Patron Saint San Leonardo Abate di Noblac which is traditionally celebrated on the second Sunday of August.
The liturgical feast is on November 6th, but the solemn celebrations, very much felt by the population, take place in the summer in consideration that in this period many emigrated fellow citizens return to the village to spend the summer holidays with their families of origin, effectively increasing the number of inhabitants.
As part of the “2024 – Year of Italian roots in the world” of food and wine, cultural, musical tradition activities and events, the Administration proposes to carry out activities from 8 to 12 August as follows: theatrical performance (8/8) – typical products fair (from 9-12/8) – procession (11/8) – musical concert (12/8)
