During the Christmas period, the medieval village in the historic center of Piraino comes alive giving life to a sacred representation of the Nativity, interpreted by characters in period costume.
The living nativity scene involves dozens of figures, who make tourists and visitors relive the ancient atmosphere of the Nativity, renewing the Christian tradition of the nativity scene.
During the event, the village becomes a large stage where the ancient Bethlehem is revived, which sees the active participation of the whole community to transform the ancient alleys, alleys, arches and historic houses with the aim of reviving the smells, flavors and crafts of the past.
