This project is aimed at enhancing the territory with regard to roots tourism, in a framework of cultural and identity events of the local community.
On September 3rd, the patron saint Biagio is celebrated for the people of Camastro residing in other cities, including foreign ones, with various musical shows and the festival of cannoli with clema and breadcrumbs (a savory meal with broccoli and spinach).
A photographic exhibition and video production will be set up to be conveyed via social media, and the municipality will offer support to local production activities, encouraging the creation of local services for roots travellers, also through the communication campaign connected to the “Passport of Italian Roots” and the promotion of working holiday experiences.
